摘要: Abstract This paper attempts to assess the transit service reliability with taking into account interaction between network performance and passengers' travel choice behaviors. Besides well-known schedule reliability, a waiting-time is newly defined as probability that average waiting time less than given threshold. A Monte Carlo simulation approach, which incorporates stochastic user equilibrium assignment model explicit capacity constraints elastic frequencies, proposed estimate above two measures of service. numerical example used illustrate applicability approach.
