摘要: In this paper, a new type of low-pressure steam generator, roots-type power machine, is proposed to solve the shortcomings medium- and low-temperature waste heat energy recovery. The rotor systematically studied by means theoretical analysis, numerical simulation experimental verification. Firstly, motion law machine analyzed theoretically. According profile characteristics, structure divided parameter equation established. order verify feasibility designed rotor, pressure field, velocity field mass flow inside where located are method. Finally, test platform built output load characteristics machine. design method reliability mathematical model verified. results show that can meet generation requirements provides idea strong guidance basis for subsequent Moreover, development will have profound impact on recycling saving resources.
