摘要: We present a software package which uniquely integrates several facets of image-guided medicine into single portable, extendable environment. It provides capabilities for automatic registration, semi-automatic segmentation, 3D surface model generation, visualization, and quantitative analysis various medical scans. describe its system architecture, wide range applications, novel integration with an interventional Magnetic Resonance (MR) scanner to augment intra-operative imaging pre-operative data. Analysis previously reserved data can now be applied exploring the anatomical changes as surgery progresses. Surgical instruments are tracked used drive location reformatted slices. Real-time scans visualized slices in same view along models. The has been over 20 neurosurgical cases at Brigham Women’s Hospital, continues routinely 1-3 per week.
