摘要: Abstract To design electrostatic discharge (ESD) robust equipment, the occurrence rate and intensity of pulses must be known. check efficiency an ESD control program methods for observing are necessary. A new impulse monitoring system was designed. This automatically detects by their associated fields. records electric magnetic field values, peak derivatives spectral distribution with more than 1 GHz bandwidth. Furthermore, environmental information (temperature humidity) time recorded. The is described evaluation data presented.
