摘要: In Pedersen’s first full paper on the synthesis of macrocyelic polyethers169, he reported thirty-three macrocycles having a variety ring sizes and substituents. These compounds were prepared by routes Pedersen offered scheme in which generalized synthetic approaches used. He designated four principal methods “V”, “W”, “X”, “Y”. The are discussed individually.
