摘要: The objective was to assess the impact of application two enzyme mixtures on in vitro dry matter digestibility, neutral detergent fibre net cumulative gas production and methane after 24 h incubation Milium coloratum (formely Panicum coloratum) a Patagonian meadow grassland. A protease (Protex 6-L) fibrolytic (Rovabio) were assessed at three rates (30, 60 90 mg/100 mL distiller water) substrates. Meadow samples higher ones (P < 0.05) for digestibility h. Nevertheless, ~11% than when expressed as proportion digested (g/kg). Rovabio did not induce differences any variable, but addition Protex reduced both substrates without bringing about production. Collectively, these enzymes benefit ruminal fermentation low quality forages.
