摘要: A two-dose mass vaccination programme with a combined vaccine against measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) was adopted in the Netherlands 1987, replacing selective schoolgirl strategy introduced 1974. To obtain insight into effect of population's immunity, antibody levels were studied general Dutch population religious groups refusing vaccination. In national sample, we observed high prevalence (96.5%) for antibodies vaccinated cohorts as well older unvaccinated cohorts. No indications rapidly waning immunity after found. There are low virus circulation last few years. The very seroprevalence women at childbearing age is consistent reported cases congenital syndrome (CRS) present. However, individuals group 1-9 years who not or other reasons have considerably lower thus there potential risk CRS outbreak future.
