摘要: To study the effect of fine particle size and volume concentration on performance solid-liquid two-phase centrifugal pump, mixture multiphase flow model, RNG k-e turbulence SIMPLEC algorithm were used to simulate pump. The effects internal pressure distribution, solid external characteristics analyzed. results show that under design discharge conditions, with increase concentration, field will decrease, fraction phase in impeller passage also decrease as a whole. particles gradually migrate from suction surface surface, volute channel are mainly concentrated near outlet side volute. With negative value at inlet pump increases, total difference decreases, head efficiency accordingly.
