摘要: In this paper, we consider the use of compartmental modelling to examine integration root and shoot resource allocation without partitioning functions or communicating messengers. Emphasing overall growth biomass resources between shoots roots, discuss explore mechanisms control, direct experimentation test physiological hypotheses concerning their regulation. We how interrelationships processes might be considered by generating “mutants” a basic model, suggest approach as one general way increase interactions modellers experimentalists.
