摘要: In this research, we provide a comprehensive examination regarding outsourcing policies and decisions by conducting systematic analysis from macro to micro level. At the level, utilize BOCR-based (Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, Risk) Analytical Network Process (ANP) model find best government policy outsourcing. carry out case study demonstrate how firm level can be made.
