摘要: In order to improve the corrosion resistance of aluminosilicate refractories by molten aluminum, SrSO4 and BaSO4 powders were used. Mullite substrates with without addition 20 wt.% or sintered at 1400 °C for 6 h. Corrosion wetting experiments pure Al Al–7.5Si carried out 900 °C 24 h 2 h, respectively. The layer was thicker in mullite sample (≥2 mm) than that SrSO4- BaSO4-containing samples (<50 μm). contact angles containing higher (≈118° 149°) those (≈109° 127°), both aluminum Al–7Si alloy. This increase angle improves means non-wetting effect.
