摘要: We have developed several tools for the molecular graphics depiction of lipids and their microstructures. These include: 1) NanoVision, a visualization program Macintosh personal computers; 2) NRLipid, HyperCard database lipid structural information; 3) BILAYER BUILDER, constructing models bilayers from crystallographic data; 4) Ribbon Representation, an adaptation subtle acyl chain structure display tool commonly used proteins.
