摘要: We report both coaxial core-shell structured microwires and ZnO microtubes with growth of nanosticks in the inner nanowires on outer surface as a novel hierarchical micro/nanoarchitecture. First, structure is obtained—the core formed by metallic Zn semiconducting shell comprised thin oxide layer covered high density nanowires. Such Zn/ZnO array showed magnetoresistance effect. It suggested that magnetic moments nanostructured superimposes to external field enhancing MR Second, decorated are obtained. In an intermediate stage, morphology discrete microtube has been found. Hyperfine interaction measurements disclosed presence confined regions at interface between linked grains forming chain thicker layer. Surprisingly, clusters form highly textured flat oriented parallel revealed electrical gradient direction. The driving force grow internal ascribed stress-induced migration ions due compressive stress caused these regions.
