摘要: Abstract Case-based reasoning (CBR), the hit of American Association Artificial Intelligence annual conference in 1991 and 1992 is now enjoying a surge interest its first year commercial availability. Knowledge-based system designers, developers, integrators, tool vendors are seriously considering role utility CBR leveraging vast experience within organizations for more effective decision making. The potential market appears enormous, particularly complex problem-solving domains, but areas most immediate applications where efficient information processing needs urgent, such as automated help desks. Early experiments pairing with rule-based systems will soon lead to hybrid combinations other “close approximation” technologies, neural networks, fuzzy logic systems, genetic algorithms, so forth. headed sustaining not only useful complement knowledge-based technology also an engine “mainstream” tasks future (e.g., intelligent text retrieval, data mining, projective reasoning). This article discuss this emerging implications from marketing perspective.
