摘要: Mitragyna inermis (De Willd.) O. Kuntze Rubiaceae, Nauclea latifolia (Sm.) Glinus oppositofolius (Linn) Molluginaceae and Trichilia roka (Forsk.) Chiv. Meliaceae were investigated for their in vitro antimalarial activity. Leaves, roots stem barks submitted to aqueous, hydromethano chloroform extractions activity was evaluated by microscopic flow cytometric analysis. The results present evidence that the alkaloids contained extracts ursolic acid, purified from hydromethanol extract of M. induced a significant decrease parasite proliferation. However, aqueous extracts, traditionally used medication did not show high Statistical comparison between analysis demonstrated validity this new technique screening active compounds isolated plants.
