摘要: Abstract Clear sky ice crystals or diamond dust displays are observed in polar regions, both remote and populated; when the temperature falls to −20°C where abundant sources of water vapor present. In areas Arctic, these confined lowest 1000 m, leeward open leads sea ice. The always occur air between saturation, dryer than saturation normally overlies display. populated is supplied from man-made such as heating plants. Morphological studies suggest that they formed first by condensation into droplets then freezing.
