摘要: Reservoirs and lakes were compared to test the hypothesis that they are similar with respect factors driving variation in CO2 emissions atmosphere. Understanding this is necessary for assessment of contribution these freshwater ecosystems global carbon cycle. This study, contrast previous ones, included analyses relationships between microbial communities. Pooled data (lakes reservoirs) showed variations strongly related temperature, dissolved organic matter (DOM) quality, bacterial production (BP). Results also characterized by higher water lower DOM larger size Daphnia, enriched δ13C zooplankton reservoirs. Moreover, interactions within plankton communities signatures differed vs. reservoirs, indicating among-system type differences food web structure cycling. As a result ecosystem-type characteristics, emission was mainly explained temperature BP lakes, quality ratio phytoplankton biomass microheterotroph These results reservoirs translate into ultimately importance They indicated considering environmental variables such as can help improve our understanding from ecosystems.
