摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter presents a survey of high-level language (HLL) computer architecture. There has been interest in using hardware and firmware to implement various functions that have performed by software. The technical economic feasibility this approach is because the advancement technology developments microprogramming techniques. Microprogramming provided designer with flexible effective tool which engineer new class computers. Much research area centered on development HLL architecture, is, architecture designed facilitate interpretation one or more specific programming languages. Researchers investigated influence techniques design Since then, computers for languages as algorithmic ( ALGOL) 60, formula translation (FORTRAN), EULER, (PL/1), (APL), string oriented symbolic (SNOBOL).
