摘要: Green carrot callus cultures when exposed to 14CO2 in a liquid medium showed ligh-dependent 14C-incorporation into sucrose, glutamine and malic acid. About 5% of total 14C fixed 3 h period appeared these products the bathing medium; this was not due tissue damage. Kinetic studies that release occurred from metabolic storage compartment. The effects DCMU, temperature fluoroacetate demonstrated compartment under respiratory photosynthetic control.
