摘要: The Nicotiana glauca is a native plant species from Argentina, but found all over South America, being used against headaches, rheumatism, injuries, ulcers, and so on. Researchers have considered it as having immunomodulation effect. This study was conducted to investigate the use of aqueous extract Graham an immunomodulator (adjuvant) Newcastle disease vaccine.. A total 56 broilers were distributed into 4 experimental groups. Each one them received 3 dosages this vaccine with or without addition different concentrations Using hemmoaglutination inhibition techniques , results shown differences (P 0.05) Treatment 1. These indicated that further investigations are required, including cytotoxicity tests in vitro, evaluate effect extract. KEY WORDS: Immunomodulation effect, Graham, vaccine.
