摘要: The validity of alcohol abusers' self-reports the number days associated with alcohol-related incarcerations and hospitalizations was investigated using a recently developed time-line follow-back interviewing technique. It felt that duration data (number per occurrence) would be more sensitve than incidence occurrences) to certain types invalidity. Results indicated majority both residential outpatient subjects provided relatively accurate they had been incarcerated during 360 preceding their entry into treatment. Discrepancies most frequently resulted from overreporting as compared official records.
