摘要: The zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by using aqueous extracts of Aloe vera gel/leaf and Hibiscus sabdariffa leaf, characterized FT IR, UV-Vis, XRD, SEM, EDX techniques. For comparison purposes, ZnO was also chemical method. Phytochemical screening the A. gel leaf H. showed presence alkaloids, carbohydrates, flavonoids, gums mucilages, saponins, phenolic compounds, tannins, terpenoids. IR spectra functional groups protein as stabilizing agent surrounding nanoparticles. UV-Vis exhibit characteristic absorption band in range 344–360 nm, which can be assigned to intrinsic bandgap due electron transitions from valence conduction band. Powder XRD patterns confirmed hexagonal wurtzite structure. Further, SEM analysis indicates rod shape structure composition both biological methods. In vitro antibacterial activity methods performed on three Gram (−ve) (Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae Pseudomonas aeruginosa) one (+ve) (Staphylococcus aureus) bacteria, obtained method excellent bactericidal over that All promising antioxidant determined five different such 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS); 2,2′-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH); hydrogen peroxide (H2O2); superoxide radical scavenging; hydroxyl scavenging assays. cytotoxicity tested against cancerous cell lines human breast adenocarcinoma (MCF-7), cervical (HeLa) epithelioma (Hep-2), normal dermal fibroblasts (NHDF) MTT assay. Apoptosis induction further flow cytometry cycle arrest. display remarkable MCF-7 line, found more potent than widely used drug cisplatin.
