摘要: ✓ Twenty-one patients were subjected to repeated assessment of cerebral blood flow velocities by means transcranial Doppler sonography (TCDS) during the first 12 hours after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). In 19 study was performed following SAH, and in two early rebleeds. Flow did not indicate an phase arterial narrowing any case. Following TCDS assessment, flows evaluated repeatedly survivors. Increased suggesting or vasospasm occurred only a delay at least 4 days. The results this favor restoration normal velocity patterns surviving do that acute exists either immediately SAH.
