摘要: Essential thrombocytosis (ET) and FV Leiden heterozygosity represent an acquired hereditable hypercoagulable state, respectively. An uncommon case of coexistence ET in a 36-year-old pregnant woman her successful pregnancy outcome is described. She was considered to be at high risk thrombosis during she treated with both prophylactic dose LMWH aspirin daily throughout for 6-week period postpartum. The efficacy the anticoagulation treatment monitored various time points not only by measuring anti-Xa levels D-Dimers but also new coagulation methods such as rotation thromboelastometry multiplate. Global assessment using additional newer laboratory tests might prove useful monitoring pregnancies thrombosis.
