摘要: Pulmonary tuberculosis is currently considered a serious health problem worldwide. To understand infection we need to know the interaction between host's immune response and microorganism causing tuberculosis. Ample research has been carried out identify new molecules genes involved in evasion mechanism of response. This knowledge generated possibility that future therapeutic schemes will be designed fight these particular or genes. We reviewed recent experimental evidence on mechanisms successfully against mycobacteria.
