摘要: Automated threshold static perimetry with the Humphrey field analyzer and kinetic suprathreshold Goldmann perimeter were performed on 171 eyes: 69 glaucoma or ocular hypertension, "neurologic" disorders, 33 normal. The two fields similar differed only slightly in 78% of eyes overall 88% when both appeared reliable. In general, defects more extensive using than perimeter. 21% found that not present Patient fixation was difficult to maintain Poor accounted for 9% automated being inadequate whereas 2% manual inadequate. results indicate Field Analyzer is capable reliably detecting quantitating visual defects.
