摘要: This work aimed to evaluate the effect of different concentrations calcium and ammonium nitrate on in vitro development orchids. Cattleya loddigesii ‘Tipo’ orchid plantlets, 1.0 cm size produced by self pollinization also germinated seeds, were inoculated flasks containing 60 mL WPM culture medium, modified with (0, 278, 556, 834, 1112 mg L -1 ) 200, 400, 600 800 ). The medium was supplemented 20 g sucrose, 150 ‘Nanica’ banana pulp, activated charcoal 2 , solidified agar 6 pH adjusted 5.7 ± 0.1 before being autoclaved at 121oC, 1.5 atm pressure during minutes. After inoculations, transferred a growth room controlled temperature around 25±2oC, 16 h photoperiod regime, light intensity 35 µmol m -2 s . 90 days, it observed that best results terms number leaves achieved 400 nitrate, highest sprouts obtained 450 but major roots verified treatment 278 nitrate. In resume, is recommended use its original composition, without micropropagate plantlets. rooting added medium.
