摘要: OBJECTIVES The evaluations of the pathogenetic roles cell mediated immunity and preventive effect for disease progression with interferon(IFN) treatment in patients chronic active hepatitis-B(CAH-B) are objectives this study. METHODS Thirty-two CAH-B were treated interferon alpha-2b(IFN alpha-2b) prednisolone withdrawal 30 control conventional hepatotonics 6 months. Peripheral total T fractions subsets CAH-B, IFN alpha-2b withdrawal, examined 1 month before administration prednisolone, compared 12 normal controls assessing potential role cellular development CAH-B. To estimate effectiveness therapy levels various liver function tests, HBsAg, anti-HBs, HBeAg, anti-HBe, HBV DNA, anti-HCV others assessed group at pre- post-treatment period each. RESULTS value CD4 was significantly lower than (36.3 +/- 7.7% vs 42.1 5.7%, p < 0.05) CD8 higher (30.6 10.3% 24.3 5.2%, administration. responder (n = 26) had cells controls, but non-responders 6) did not have. test(LFT) different from patient pretreatment, group's after treatment, regardless response to withdrawal. CONCLUSIONS host may have a pathogenesis chronicity hepatitis B infection. be regarded as one effective modalities inhibition
