摘要: Induced by coal mining, the fractures constantly occur in geologic strata until failure occurs, which provide channels for water flow. Therefore, it is essential to investigate permeability evolution of rocks under load. Borehole sampling was conducted a bedrock layer beneath an aquifer, and sandstone specimens different confining pressures tested rock mechanics testing laboratories. The results indicated that gradually decreases with increasing pressures, while peak strength increases increase pressures. minimum maximum permeabilities occurred were subjected elastic deformation strain-softening stages, respectively. failure, permeability, these did not simultaneously. To prevent flow channel being formed due development fractures, method backfill gob proposed also influence on fracture discussed.
