摘要: The production of plywood represents a major proportion engineered wood products. traditional manufacturing process requires very thorough drying the before gluing. Gluing green is new technology which can be applied to vacuum moulding. when it in state done, because dried by at same time that pressure for main interest this method reduces considerably number steps its manufacture. aim paper propose Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) order validate use with veneers. types glue, gluing techniques (by or methods) and varieties have been compared. functional analysis focused on 4 compare our product. 5 products meet quality requirements EN 13986 (2004). environmental modelling was carried out according ISO 14040, standard life cycle assessment, principles framework, starting from existing data bases measurements taken sites during testing. model shows there significant compared conventional approach. For an industrial use, disadvantage consumables but could reduced using reusable consumables.
