摘要: PURPOSE To evaluate the ability to identify early adenocarcinomas (Noguchi types A/B) from peripheral lung of less than 20 mm in diameter based on CT profile curves. MATERIALS AND METHODS High resolution (HRCT) 33 patients with adenocarcinoma were reviewed retrospectively. attenuation values measured using Maximum and minimum among curves tumors correlated pathological diagnosis Noguchi type. RESULTS As type worsened, increased both maximum for central portion tumor, although did not differ between C D/E/F. significantly higher B A (p = 0.0029). Minimum lower 0.0022). In values, significant differences existed A/B all other < 0.0001, p 0.0001) 0.0013, 0.0003). CONCLUSION are relatively simple derive offer a consistent method differentiating C/D/E/F.
