摘要: Abstract Lysosomes have an important role in radiation injury of cells and tissues. Activation autophagy is frequently observed different types pathological tissue degeneration. In response it increases some cases, lysosomes are responsible for regulated degradation the autophagic vacuoles. also involved ionizing induced cell death. apoptosis degrade content phagocytotic vacuoles derived from engulfed apoptotic blebs. On other hand lysosomal enzymes discharged disintegrated a key induction necrotic changes. this work we investigate protein relatively insensitive exocrine pancreatic acini vivo vitro. Type death by X-ray was examined relation to changes processes. 5 h after 16 Gy whole body irradiation significant increase cytoplasmic volume fraction number vivo. But isolated irradiated rats could not detect change intracellular proteins. Therefore probably influences earlier step than degradation. Extended lesions were as long 48 h. Isolated usually contain more vivo, but observe additional 8 Gy, vitro irradiation. Lysosomal proteins unaltered Other biochemical functional parameters acini, like synthesis amylase secretion changed either treatment. These results indicate that acinar high tolerance The pancreas possibly indirectly injuries sensitive mechanisms.
