摘要: AbstractVarious ceramic coatings, plasma-sprayed on 1020 steel rods, were evaluated under static and dynamic conditions in molten aluminium. On the basis of results this study, a graded coating consisting three layers (a metal bond coat, compliant layer top coating) was selected to protect 304 stainless disks used for centrifugal atomization aluminium magnesium alloys. The characteristics performance different coatings tested are reported as well those developed rotating disk. This successfully various at rotation rates up 70000 RPM.
