摘要: The pistil, or the gynoecium, is female reproductive organ of angiosperm flower and its ontogeny has been studied in model plant Arabidopsis thaliana. mature gynoecium consists a basal ovary that contains ovules, short style an apical stigma serves as site pollen adherence germination. This thesis describes identification functional characterisation genes with roles regulation development. Mutant analyses sequence similarity database searches led to small gene family, denoted SHI ten members which encode proteins zinc finger-like motifs. class novel appears be unique plants.Double, triple quadruple mutant revealed at least six SHI-related genes, STY1, STY2, SHI, SRS4, SRS5, LRP1, redundantly contribute formation stylar stigmatic tissues developing gynoecia. Several appear also influence carpel fusion vascular patterning gynoecium. Gynoecia transgenic plants express STY1 STY2 constitutively develop ectopic cells, confirming role for promotion formation. SRS5 are expressed parts and, hence, likely act cell autonomously. As judged from overexpression analyses, regulate leaf Possibly, family concert growth hormones gibberellin auxin.
