摘要: Cervical metastasis has a tremendous impact on the prognosis in patients with carcinomas of head and neck frequency such spread is greater than 20% for most squamous cell carcinomas. With emerging evidence, focus shifting to conservative procedures aimed at achieving good shoulder function without compromising oncologic safety. The purpose this study was analyze pattern nodal presenting carcinoma buccal mucosa. This prospective clinical analysis who were histologically diagnosed cavity clinically N1 had not received treatment anywhere else. Patients analyzed age sex distribution, tumor staging, location, metastasis. incidence metastatic lymph node T4 (n=44) highest, that is, level I 100% (44/44), II 43.18% (19/44), III 15.90% (7/44), IV 4.5% (2/44). Level V free Among T3 (n=10) lesions, (10/10), (2/10), III, IV, T2 (n=6) (6/6) all other levels nodes found Lymphatic from mucosa low. Involvement seen only 3% patients. A more approach recommended.
