摘要: Rabbit monoclonal antibodies are relatively new in the immunohistochemistry (IHC) field. The majority of rabbit developed using a patented and proprietary hybridoma technology—the RabMAb® technology. RabMAb primary offer greater advantages over classic mouse antibodies, providing higher binding affinity, more diversified antigenic epitope recognition highly stable IgG structure. Since inception this technology early 2000s, have quickly replaced for several important markers such as HER2, c-kit/CD117, estrogen receptor progesterone pathology IHC improve effectiveness certain that been especially difficult ERG, c-myc, bcl-2, MSH-6, MSH2 PMS2. Because superior sensitivity specificity, performance reliability, well easy adaption to current automated stainers, it is clear group becoming preferred choice performing laboratories.
