摘要: The dynamics of a microbial community consisting eucaryotic ciliate Tetrahymena pyriformis and procaryotic Escherichia coli in batch culture is explored by employing an individual-based approach. In this portion the article, Part I, population models are presented. Because both individual-based, individual organisms developed prior to construction models. use energy budget method which growth depends on gain from feeding sinks such as maintenance reproduction.
