摘要: Azo dyes are among the oldest man-made chemicals and they still widely used in textile, printing food industries. About 10%-15% of total industry is released into environment during manufacturing usage. Some some their N-substituted aromatic bio-transformation products toxic and/or carcinogenic therefore these considered to be environmental pollutants health hazards. These azo degraded by physico-chemical biological methods. Of these, methods most economical efficient. In this work, attempts were made degrade aerobically. The organisms which efficient degrading following dyes-Red RB, Remazol Red, Blue, Violet, Yellow, Golden Orange, Black- isolated from three different sources viz., wastewater treatment plant, paper mill effluent plant tannery plant. efficiency dye degradation mixed cultures each source was analyzed. It found that worked efficiently decolorizing Blue while Red Yellow Yellow. decolorized Black.
