摘要: This study proposed the cooperative processes of ‘co-design’ as a means by which to increase ‘active’ participation in early stages workplace travel plan development. In particular, research takes first step towards quantitative comparison solutions/ideas generated using co-design approach versus more traditional methods normally used planning comparing number, originality, breadth and type ideas generated. One group staff took part another non-co-design study. The main findings were that techniques appear to: encourage greater number overall, are innovative specific organisational context different types idea (particularly ones tend psychological-based interventions). However both approaches similar terms global innovativeness they generate was generally low.
