摘要: Medical decision making is one of the most difficult daily tasks for physicians. Guidelines have been designed to reduce variance between physicians in practice, improve patient outcomes and control costs. In fact, few use guidelines practice. A way ease implement computerised (computer reminders). We present this paper a method computerising guidelines. Our objectives were: 1) propose generic model that can be instantiated any specific guidelines; 2) eXtensible Markup Language (XML) as guideline representation language instantiate guideline. an object clinical algorithm, it has validated by running two different issued French official Agency. spite some limitations, we found expressive enough represent complex devoted diabetes hypertension management. conclude XML used description format structure interface paper-based computer applications.
