摘要: This paper develops a generalized network flow optimization model for long-term supply-demand analysis basin-wide water resources planning. A set of nodes and arcs are used to form the network, decision variables reservoir storage supply public agricultural uses. The objective function be minimized is formed by summing products multiplied their corresponding cost coefficients. constraints include continuity equations, operation rule curves, reduced due shortage, evaporation losses from reservoirs. formulated has in transshipment solved an efficient embedded solver~EMNET!. developed applied river basin located northern part Taiwan. To analyze characteristics model, results obtained compared with those well-calibrated simulation model. comparison shows that shortage computed smaller than then future conditions area.
