摘要: In the process of laser additive manufacturing, transmission efficiency energy and forming quality are influenced by plasma which plays a fundamental role in coupling incident radiation to material. The aim this work is present an effective spectral diagnosis method for research manufacturing. A spectrum acquisition system direct metal deposition (DMD) was established using fiber optic spectrometer collect during under different parameters. relationships between powers, powder feeding rate, traverse speed, intensity were found. Meanwhile, special wavelengths chosen establish time-domain diagram (the relationship time) corresponding process, some defects caused changes processing parameters correlated with information. What more, diagnose automatically, statistical control (SPC) used analyze correlations fluctuation defects. findings paper will be helpful understand formative mechanism influencing factors laser-induced manufacturing lay foundations automatic process.
