摘要: A200 an important industrial equipment in the field of production, problem operating efficiency asynchronous motor has drawn wide attention with increasing severity environmental problems recent years. Intended to this problem, paper takes retarder test bed control system as research object, deduces optimization algorithm, and uses Simulilnk module Matlab establish loss model. Based on vector motor, a simulation model based is established, induction realized. At same time, compares algorithm traditional effect algorithm. The experimental results show that used responds rapidly mutation load torque fluctuates slightly, but it can be quickly re-stabilized. compared control, significantly improve efficiency. experiment provides theoretical support reference for future application bench.
