摘要: This chapter investigates an important aspect of the debt problem, namely proposition that finance burdens future generations. If so, this can be both a critique borrowing (since it may abused by burdening generations with cost services which are enjoyed currently) and argument for used to secure intergeneration equity passing on part cast capital outlays future).
