摘要: The Northern Pacific seastar, Asterias amurensis, is a benthic marine predator, which has recently established several invasive populations in Australian waters. To investigate population structure, diversity and patterns of connectivity, we isolated characterised 27 microsatellite loci tested their polymorphism based on 46 individuals from two populations. mean allelic richness was 4.33; observed heterozygosity 0.42, while the percentage polymorphic 92.6%. markers will prove useful assessment genetic parameters, both native A. amurensis
