摘要: Vibrio parahaemolyticus uses bacterial secretion systems and integrative conjugative elements (ICEs) to induce various diseases adapt harsh environments, respectively. Information pertaining the identity of secreted proteins functional characterization ICEs has been previously reported, but relationship between these remains unclear. Herein we investigated V. strains JHY20 JHY20△ICE using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis LC-MS/MS, which led identification an ICE-associated protein - dihydrolipoamide dehydrogenase (DLDH). Considering data related its physical biochemical characterization, predicted that DLDH is a novel immunogenic associated with virulence in JHY20. Our findings indicate potential transport shed light on function such mechanisms. We believe our should enhance understanding mobile genetic elements.
