摘要: Since most of the central regions European part Russia are considered selenium and iodine deficient, assessment modern real consumption chlorine, bromine, by population these with different diets is an important constituent medical monitoring. In this paper, a brief analysis impact elements on human body given. A number consumed foodstuffs in food rations (diets) were assessed. Six selected basic rations, which fully reflect specific features nutrition Russian Federation, chosen. The concentration wide range agricultural products was carried out. daily intake from calculated. comparison income physiologically needed performed. It proposed to use coefficient Kr, ratio actual element intake. Based assessed insufficient or excess supply evaluated.
