摘要: Titania nanotubes (TNTs) have been successfully synthesized by hydrothermal treatment of anatase TiO2 powder in NaOH solution at 110°C for 90 hours and then annealed the temperature 400°C. The morphology crystalline structure were characterized using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) X-ray diffraction (XRD). average specific surface area particle was probed gas adsorption-desorption measurements, size calculated from area. Based on microscopic observations transformation process, it indicated that formation nanotubular products remained their shape after annealing process. While XRD results confirmed composed pure nanoparticles.
