摘要: Objective—To quantify inheritance of tricuspid valve dysplasia (TVD) in a population Labrador Retrievers and evaluate the possibility effect major locus on TVD. Animals—521 (345 with known phenotypes 176 related dogs unknown phenotypes). Procedure—Dogs were considered normal, equivocal, affected for TVD basis echocardiographic appearance valves.
