摘要: Dynamic spectrum access networks and policy depend on accurate utilization statistics. This paper presents the architecture of a collaborative framework to measure, characterize model spectrum. It provides statistical methods classify measurements as either signal or noise. Finally, it introduces algorithms for estimating thresholds occupancy, performance evaluation test accuracy
